Squeeze casting is

Such castings are compact in texture, free from such weaknesses as pores, shrinkage porosity, etc., due to the coexistence to them. And their mechanical properties can even near to those of forging pieces.  also called “Liquid die forging”. The principle of the process is to apply relatively high pressure (About 100MPa) to the metal and made them inner more compact when taking shape. 

Low speed filling、 then add high pressure to feed the shrinkage until solidification are the two most import processes in squeeze casting.
